1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ko-ala.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Ko-ala.com(이하 “서비스”)에 접속하거나 이용함으로써, 귀하는 본 이용약관(“약관”)에 동의하고 이에 구속됨을 인정합니다. 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오.

• Misuse promotions or rewards, or attempt fraud or abuse.
  프로모션/리워드 악용, 사기 또는 부정행위

6. Promotions, Rewards, and Gift Cards

From time to time, Ko-ala.com may offer promotions, rewards, or goodwill events, including but not limited to digital gift cards or similar incentives, as a courtesy to users.

Ko-ala.com은 때때로 이용자에 대한 감사의 의미로 디지털 기프트카드 등을 포함한 프로모션, 리워드 또는 이벤트를 제공할 수 있습니다.

Such promotions are voluntary, non-contractual, and provided at our sole discretion. Participation does not guarantee receipt of any reward.

Gift cards or promotional items are not issued by Ko-ala.com unless explicitly stated and are subject to the terms, conditions, expiration dates, and policies of the issuing third-party brand. Ko-ala.com is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or redemption of third-party gift cards.

별도 명시가 없는 한, 기프트카드/프로모션 상품은 Ko-ala.com이 발행한 것이 아니며 발행 브랜드의 이용약관, 조건, 유효기간 및 정책이 적용됩니다. Ko-ala.com은 제3자 기프트카드의 제공 가능 여부, 작동/사용 가능 여부, 사용(리딤) 과정에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may deny or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

모든 리워드는 양도 불가, 환불 불가이며 현금 가치가 없습니다. 당사는 사전 고지 없이 언제든지 프로모션을 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 부정 사용, 사기, 약관 위반이 의심되는 경우 리워드 지급을 거부하거나 회수할 수 있습니다.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by JMTT Entertainment LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
